What You Can Expect:
Case Mix: Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, ENT, Bread & Butter Pediatrics, Spine, OB. No hearts or Neurosurgery.
Average 40-45 hours a week, flexible schedule
Call 1:7 & 1 weekend call per month
Guaranteed post call day off
Minimal CRNA supervision
